Death and death work as a whole is often misunderstood, and therefore less visible to those who could benefit from support in such a sacred space.

From this, we were inspired to create a community for Lincoln and Omaha area death workers, where we gather to be witnessed, as well as advocate, educate and learn about death and dying in our communities, and in our lives.

This initial session is intended to lay the groundwork for this community moving forward. Meaning, we decide together what kind of framework will offer sustainable support as we navigate our roles as death workers*.
